That was my first thought, but it's in a Lexus and everything works! 2 years of on and off for this project though, a boatload of custom work from electronic to mechanical, and I'm sure a good amoumt of dough. With all of this being said, tuned, modified, an 800hp badged IS 250, wow!

You'd need to find a mechanical LSD to swap in too since I'm sure the electronic one doesn't work anymore either, and that you would care about.
If it was a VDIM car I suspect there might be ABS issues, but this wasn't a VDIM car.
No lux-pack features on this model either, so we don't know if all that would've worked (I suspect you could wire your way around most of it at least, dunno about all of it)
It's impressive, and I'm sure fun as hell to drive, but if you want everything to work, yeah, buy a Supra... or if you really want a Lexus interior with a GTE motor buy a first-gen GS or SC or something and do the swap....much, much, much easier (and much much much cheaper too)
