As for me, I gased my car and put her to sleep for the weekend. And used quick detailer to remove bird droppings and tree sap before they burn the clear coat.
switched out those ugly green leds on the dash to blue and white
sooo worth it!
took me about 5-6 attempts and around 30 hours (too long. i know ) until i finally got all of them to work.
shiny!!
can u please provide a DIY??
i'm dying to do this!
where did u buy the LEDs? are they too bright that they're bleeding out the buttons? or are they just as bright as the green ones?
how hard was it to pull out the consoles?
was any soldering needed?

i think 2slow already put a diy out there. but the new leds are waay brighter than the green ones. but the picture makes the light look blurred since the pic was taken in the dark. it was hard to get the camera to be still. the writing is still legible in person. the hardest part about pulling the console out was getting the air vent to come out. and yeah soldering was required. the leds are extremely small, especially the ones around the cd player.

thanks for the reply man!
damnnnn if soldering was required.. i guess i don't have the skills to do it
i know soldering might be easy for most of you.. but unfortunately not for me..
sigh
guess i'll have to stick with the friggin green lights
don't understand why toyota went from orange lights from the IS300 back to green 90s light on the 2IS
i agree! it would have saved me alot of time haha. it always bugged me that the speedometer was all white while the dash was green. also i have white light that lights up the ground in the front and back. so the green had to go. ive still got to do the start button and the steering wheel controls. thanks for the feedback guys!
