Default Painted Calipers

I know it's been done before, but I just wanted to share my new mod to my car that I did today. I painted my calipers blue and put on the white Lexus decal.

I just got done, and it's late to do some shots. I just did a quick shot with my iPhone. I'll put a few up more up tomorrow when I get my DSLR out in the morning sunlight.

Thanks, I love the way it turned out. It's definitely worth the 50 bucks I spent on the kit, and the decal

I didn't use any tape to cover up, I wasn't too worried about a little mess.

Yes, it's an IS 250. I agree that it would look better on an IS 350. But I wanted a stick shift. And I don't have the money for a BBK yet.

The kit is the G2 brake caliper kit. I bought it from http://www.stage3motorsports.com/ because they had free shipping.

+1 for moar pics! Looks good though. I *almost* got blue, but decided to keep it low key with black. Now I don't know. The grass is always greener...

Looks good, how long did it take you to paint it? why didn't you go with the spray can type?

It took me about an hour to paint it. I didn't go with the spray can type because this brand was one of the recommendations of other club lexus members in other painted caliper threads.
