I am just glad my wife did not walk out of the house in the morning while they were doing this. I could only imagine what would have happened if she had caught them.

They took them off. I found out yesturday it is pretty easy to remove them. Just watch this.

They did for us because it was alot of stuff plus the car. But ya, I have had stuff stolen like laptops and they dont care. If it isn't over $50,000 usually they dont care.
I feel sick about this for you man...really awful. Being robbed, especially on your property, which should be a safe, comfort zone, is an awful feeling. And ya, thankfully they didnt break in or try and hurt you guys.

Honestly the worst part is that the cops don't even come out any more. I had to fill out an online report and they said I would get a police report via email in about 10 days.

Wheel locks are easy to remove... tire shops do them constantly when owners lose their keys. You basically need a slightly larger socket and hammer it in. Then voila!
Sorry to hear about the incident. I really hope karma will play a big role on the aholes who stole them. Man... they even took the brakes.
