Yep. The wheel locks were laying on the ground in a pile. There is a spiraling tool mark on the security lug. It looks like they put some kind of tool over the top and torqued them off.

Honestly the worst part is that the cops don't even come out any more. I had to fill out an online report and they said I would get a police report via email in about 10 days.

I am just glad my wife did not walk out of the house in the morning while they were doing this. I could only imagine what would have happened if she had caught them.

Well the upside is that I get new rims now. What do you think I should get? I am kind of leaning towards the 19" F-Sport wheels.

They did for us because it was alot of stuff plus the car. But ya, I have had stuff stolen like laptops and they dont care. If it isn't over $50,000 usually they dont care.

I feel sick about this for you man...really awful. Being robbed, especially on your property, which should be a safe, comfort zone, is an awful feeling. And ya, thankfully they didnt break in or try and hurt you guys.

Just terrible.

Wheel locks are easy to remove... tire shops do them constantly when owners lose their keys. You basically need a slightly larger socket and hammer it in. Then voila!

Sorry to hear about the incident. I really hope karma will play a big role on the aholes who stole them. Man... they even took the brakes.

Sorry to hear about this man, it makes ME angry. I sometimes fantasize about catching someone stealing or vandalizing my car while in the act... all that practice at the firing range would finally pay off.
