I left my radio on for 30 minutes (lights off, fan off) in the winter (-20c). When I tried to start it I got the stiff brake pedal, VSC light on and the air bag indicators flashed on and off several times. Very strange. After reading this thread I boosted the battery and it started fine. All warning lights were off. I then tested the battery and it showed slightly weak, charging system slightly out of the 'good' region. Guess the battery needs charging/replacing. Thanks for the heads up!

Hi and welcome. That post is 1.5 years old and user shows just one post. Don't hold your breath.
If yours is dead I'd start a new thread as its probable that none of these posts are related.
Best advice on any newer car having 20+ computers on board is:
1) fully charge your battery
2) have it load tested
3) if having strange electrical issues, drive straight to tire/battery shop for battery load test.
4) If battery is more than 5 years old replace it.
5) If you do lots of short trips daily, see #4 and make that 3 years....

Thank for the reply. I replace the battery last summer.. I also recharged it and put it back in and load tested it.. I then switched it out with a red top. Still no luck

VSC light comes on, steering wheel drops but won't crank
My 2007 Lexus GS 350 AWD will not crank will not make noise or anything.. lights come on, including check VSC ,steering wheel drops but no noise at all..prior weeks b4 my radio all of a sudden went out.. realized it was a blown fuse.. tried to take it out but the prongs got stuck and I just left it.. then after that I had to jump my 18 wheeler a couple times, don't know if it's relevant just sharing info JIC.. hooked it to a cheap computer said that it was the starter but that's kind of odd... can anyone help?
