Default Carbon Fiber steering wheel

Just wanna share this with everyone!

So the other night I was bored and browse around on ebay looking for cool stuffs. There was this seller selling a black wood steering wheel for like $1500 + ship from Japan. It's the black wood for 09-10. I asked him if he makes carbon fiber and he quoted me $2k for carbon fiber on upper and lower portion (black or silver on my choice) with perforated leather on both side side. Once payment sent, it takes 30-45 days to complete, with a $75 ship cost.

It's a unique upgrade, kinda like the LFA steering wheel; but somehow I still feel odd about it. I feel like it won't look good even the interior is carbon fiber too.

Some cool info and just wanna share!

btw, can someone do photoshop on the carbon fiber steering on the IS? in black? thx

they got it from Carbon Techniks... Limitless Motorsports is their authorized distributor. i believe its around $950 with core trade.

Here's my old setup on my is350 before i sold it.

r u criticizing about the black or the silver one?

I like the black thou. It looks really sharp.

The silver imo looks out of place even it matches the interior silver carbon.

$1k for the core exchange isn't very bad.

I wonder can they make the lower portion expand out more.

The black one looks pretty sharp. I like how the silver one matches the trim, just not my taste though.

I think the darker one looks better, they both look ok. But I would not spend $950 for a steering wheel, let alone spending $2K plus $75 shipping.
