Does anyone have any pictures that the original poster posted? I'm trying to get a visual of what I should look for. I'd love to try this mod.

Would this work for the F-sport seats? They're not ventilated, but could this be done to make them cold somehow?

No.

What this mod is doing is directing more cold air into the vented seat system. Since you don't have that directing more air into something that doesn't exist won't do much for you.

The molding is very soft and moves easily with the seat, and I could tell the difference right away.

One question. Does anyone know how to clean the fan? I'm assuming there is a filter on the intake, and since mine's an '07 it may be a bit dirty and restricting the air flow.
If you want to still blow air to the people in the backseat you could just fold that material over one of the holes pictured like a pipe. Half the cold air to the seat, half the cold air to the feet in the back. Definitely want to try this mod.
