trailer hitch into bumper

Celebrate my birthday on the beach this weekend and of course that has happened... any suggestions for a new bumper replacement?

if there is no holes.. you can heat that section... bend it back to shape.. then repaint it... then again... the structural integrity of the bumper is not guaranteed
