Weather Tech Floor Liners (IS250)

I too have an '09 with a manual transmission and I have the Digital WeatherTech mats. I've never had any issues with he clutch. Perhaps contacting WeatherTech about your issue might be the solution as I've not had this problem

thanks Chris, ive contacted them and they are saying auto and manual are the same liners.
Does your liner have an indentation for the clutch? liner sits flush on the carpet behind the brake and gas but behind clutch, not even close. I cant press the clutch in all the way without smashing into the liner.

i took a closer look last night, and it might be a result of my pedals, the car came with sparco pedals installed which looks like the clutch pedal is a little longer as a result hitting the liner
