Default Recommended cleaning of maf sensor and throttle body?

Hey guys,

I just replaced the spark plugs at 70k and wanted to know if it's safe to clean the maf sensor and throttle body with crc sprays specifically for each one. Has anybody encountered any problems (sensor being damaged from the crc cleaner) and would you recommend it at that mileage?

Thanks

mmm, never done this on my IS350, but it wouldn't hurt. I did it on my IS300 a few times because the oils from the K&N would get on there. I assume you mean this one (which is what I used with no issues)
