Default Wow this actually works!!

I was at walmart buying stuff for the car and i came across a DIY headlight restoration kit for $20 bucks!!

As of this morning my mind was set on paying a detail guy $100 bucks to restore my headlight because they were BAD!!

So i buy this kit along with some Microfiber towels, Wax, Scratch remover, sand paper and a can of paint for some thing i am doing to the car. I get home expecting this to completely suck!! But after just 1 minute of using it i was amazed!!

I HAVE to recommend this to everyone!! I spent about 30 minuted on both headlights and aside from all the rock chips they look amazing

But threads with out pictures suck so here they go!!

This is how they used to look. Keep in mind i had already started using it on the left side of the headlight (right side on picture) This is the point i was like and ran to grab the camera for you guys!!

Then after using a little of this and 30 minutes of my time!!


The results speak for themselfs!!





Saved my self like $80 BUCKS!!

Looks Great, Nice Job!....I thought/knew this would happen to mine also, but i instantly got the headlight clear protection film.

looks amazing!!! my headlights have a very very faint haze on them, and i have been looking for a product down the line to use. i think i found it now

Yea when i first got my car i was rushing to find a cheap place to get the clear bra!! but all of a suden i had to drive from Reno to PHX and back in 1 weekend.. then every 2 weeks after that... After the first rocks hit my paint i just gave up on the clear bra.. You can see the damage on pix 1,2 and 4..

It just feels good when you buy something at the store that actually works the way it says!! I still feel geety about it

Thank you for sharing. I may end up buying this for my wifes car. Her car was involved in a front end hit and run in the mall parking lot, and insurance only replaced one of the headlights, so one looks new and the other looks like crap.

Out of curiousity, had you waxed your headlight lenses over the years? I have yet to have this happen to any of my cars, all of which were notorious for hazed lights.
