1. heat plastic

3. while holding fender plastic in place where you want it, spray with ice cold water to cool quickly and harden in place
4. enjoy not hearing your luxury sedan make embarrasing rubbing noises
Any pics of what to melt/bend? I'm going to need to do this when my wheels come in.

Not off hand, sorry. Install your wheels first, let it rub a little, then you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.

Well i would do but my tires were getting sliced apart. I think im gonna heatgun the fender liner up this weekend. I got the screw removed and the tab pushed up for 20 bucks both sides. Not bad.

great suggestions, can't wait to do this, gotta get the heat gun back asap!

just a quick question, there's this sharp screw/bolt on the upper part where the bumper connects to the fender, what do you do with that?

Thread revival I know, sorry. Just quick question, do you have to use a zip tie for that bumper tab mod? I had a body shop do it for me and they put a new screw in there instead. So basically I have the same mod you guys do but no zip tie, just a different screw.
