if dealer offered $26k, then that is a better deal as you are not paying taxes on $26k.

it depends on if you still have any amount owed. after that it become a matter of what you might want to get with the money. the 350 is a great car, and you do have all the options minus the premium sound. 28k is around FMV, so id lean towards accepting. but if you're attached to the car, it doesnt hurt to keep it. i mean you dont get profit from cars for holding onto them longer, so you either sell it to make back a dollar amount on the car almost 3 yrs later, or keep it and save the money from not having to purchase another car or making payments. i say sell it if you dont want the car anymore. best of luck!

Since you're asking around for the best offer for your car, you might as well sell it because that's the best offer.

if you dont want it sell it but like someone said above if dealer is willing to give you 26K take that as it saves you the headache of dealing with paperwork.

Considering I just spent well over a month shopping for an IS350, I'd say that offer is right on par (assuming it doesn't include TTL). Most '07's I was looking at were in the $26k-$28k range, but those all had at least 20k miles. You could probably get another $500 out of it due to the low mileage, but if you don't want to deal with haggling, I'd say it's a pretty fair offer.

A decent price for private party sale. Not sure why you would want to sell it.
