hi i searched and couldnt find any answers to my problem... i have a 07 is250, the glove box started to rattle/squeak and now its doing it louder and more often. its getting very annoying. i know its coming from the glove box door cause when i open it or put some presure on the door it stops. anybody that had this problem have any fixes for it or know any links for a fix?

I have the exact same problem but have not found a fix for it. Would appreciate any advice.

Tell your dealer, they will stick some felt in between the glove box door and the dash.

Pretty common issue.

You mean right along the edge where the door meets the dash? Won't that prevent the door from closing/latching properly?

it seems like the noise is coming from the bottom part of the glove box prolly where the hinges that opens the glove box..

They will fix it but the rattles always come back. Mine was fixed for about 6 months and now with the colder weather the rattles are creeping back.

Yes, but the felt padding is thin enough to not interfere with it functioning properly.
