Beware of Valet!!!
Passenger side rims are now dinged up because the awesome valet hit a curb just ever so slightly. any way to get them buffed out. Valet wont take responsibility for the actions.

You can take legal action if you'd like. They have insurance for this sort of thing. They'll pay if you call them. If not, have a lawyer friend send a letter with his stationary requesting compensation for damages, otherwise you might take legal action. Usually the letter is enough.

most definitely agree. who knows how they'll drive it away once you give them the keys. its evident that if they get the chance, and nobody is around, they'll floor it even if the parking spot is a few yards away. its their only fun for the night- waiting for a car they know is expensive and doing whatever they want to it. ive heard from my friends about the seat adjusting motor being blown out cuz some idiot valet parker wanted to "buck" themselves with the damn thing. and my friend's car was barely a week off the lot (it wasnt like it had been used for years and years). moral of the story- keep your precious cars away from these people. with more stories like these, i highly think anyone would want to use valet anymore, even if they're too damn lazy to park the cars themselves.

Valets are off limit to me and all members of my family, would not trust a Ford to them, let alone a Lexus !! The day comes when I'm too lazy to park my own car , is when it's up on jackstands sitting in my garage.

If the valet doesn't wanna own up to it I'd make a complaint to the valet's manager/owner and if that doesn't work, I'd just suck it up save some money and pay for the repair.
