So I just got the car from a Subaru dealer and I’ve had an oil leak checked the dip stick and I pretty sure it’s over filled that would cause a leak?

If the car has sat overnight and you just pulled that out..... wowza I hope you didnt blow any seals, its overfilled big time. Most I had on mine was close to 1 quart over but yours looks like 2. Check in with that shop that did it, and let them know what you found.
