And it's all covered..
First of all, a big shoutout to Jason and Francisco at Aerotect! Great people and awesome service.
Yesterday, I went to them looking to get some vinyl wrapping done on my interior trim pieces. Originally I wasn't going to go with the CF look (http://www.aerotect.net/Carbon-Fiber.html) but after consulting with Jason, and I came away very impressed with the material. So I went ahead with the CF installation on my 7 interior pieces.
3M as we all know don't cheap out on its products and this CF vinyl definitely doesn't feel cheap. It has a matte finish and when you feel the vinyl, you can feel the grooves of the CF finish. I can't compare Aerotect's CF wrap to other companies since I haven't seen other examples but I highly recommend these guys to anybody who wants to do this mod. Great product, great price, and great service. What more could we ask for? The only downside was the long drive over there, but it was worth it.
Thanks again to Jason and Francisco - Sorry I don't have any pictures right now to show you, but Jason should be adding pictures of the install/finished product soon so check back to see how it looks.

^ i think it looks fine.
lining up all four panels next to each other, the weaving on the CF overlays may look "strange" (if that). however, install them back into the door panels, and i highly doubt that a regular passenger is going to sit in the car and notice the different direction of the CF weave on the overlays. that, and i'm sure aerotect can fix it.
btw, thanks for fostering a sense of community by calling "fail" on someone else's work. aerotect does great work, and this is an oversight that can be easily fixed.
unfortunately, too bad the same can't be said about your attitude.

^ who said it looked bad??? why do you have assume that i think it looked bad? why do you always have to be this serious about everything? sometimes its call a "joke" or sense of humor???
no **** a regular passenger is likely to be unable notice the pattern differences. however as an owner of these CF overlays, don't you think the owner would want them to be perfect?
also, as a Vendor trying to show us their product, shouldn't they be more well prepare to give us a better impression of their product? instead of making small mistakes like that? sure it is only a small mistake, i sure didn't mind, its their bussiness.
look i am not criticising them like the way your criticising me right here. i am not trying to give them a bad name or give anybody the impression that there is doubts in their works' quality. i wonder who has a bad attitude toward other CL members?
Note: there since someone couldn't take an unintentional harmless little joke, i removed it happy?

as you've already removed your "fail" statement, try placing yourself in the OP's shoes and give it some thought. maybe you'll understand.
again, it looks fine - not quite perfect (yes, that one panel's CF weave pattern alignment isn't the same as the other three), but far from "fail".
