Default X and Lowering

So I have been looking into lowering my car and was thinking about putting on the F-Sport springs. I called my local dealerships and got conflicting information so I wanted to see if anyone on here could confirm what I have been told.

I have a 2007 IS350 with the X-Package and all the dealerships in my area have said that the 07s that came with the X-Package are 1" lower than all the other IS's. (along with being the rarest IS made)

My question is, will putting the F-Sport springs on my car have little or no effect on the ride height of my car due to the suspension and springs already on there?

I hope this makes sense. I've confirmed the X-Package IS already lower, now I am wondering what would lower it some more .

TIA

it would lower it some more... the spring drops 1" what makes you go lower if i am not mistaken is the stock shock and spring... but im sur it'll be lower if u went with F-Sport... but i do really recommend Tein S-Tech

Tein S-Tech are a good choice. Or for better ride adjustability, try some BC coil overs.

i too own a 07 xpac, the suspension for the xpac is the same as the regular sports suspension. As for Fsport springs, yes it will lower it a bit BUT dont get the Fsport springs if lowering is what you want, Fsport for lowering = fail, i had eibach 350 springs (which are fsport just colored black) so i know, they came off for coils a couple of months later.

That's wierd, cause all 4 dealerships out here have told me the X suspension is completely different from every other IS's suspension, hence the 1" lowering and some other stuff they are claiming.. and that was AFTER I bought the car.
