im not sure what ur asking...idk how you would get any suspension and just add the air bag kit on.
the air bag kits for the 2is's have what are called strut bags, which means they replace the factory coilover completely. so if you get just the air bag kit then that is all you need to bag ur car.
is that what ur asking?

if you get a full kit that comes with a bag and strut then yes. its just like putting on coils, just swap the corners out. then you had to do all the lines and wiring.
you can buy bags themselves and make your own setup if you can weld. struts are not really needed, you can make a bracket and attach the bag to that but it may be a little bouncy.

uh,,,,
you will have to contact the Air Bag company that you are trying to get to find out if those bags are compatible with whatever coilover you want to use with
I know for sure that UAS air kit is compatible with Stock Strut or Tanabe Coilover
Eric just got custom UAS air with Megan Coils, but like I said,,he got some custom work done
Air Runner, K-sport, and some other brand has the whole set up (AIR plus Coils)
so that's another option

depending which kit you want,
UAS = independent air bags and independent Coil setup
K-sport = Airbag/Coil strut. no seperate parts needed
AirRunner= Airbag strut, no coils needed.
those are the main three kits we see but you can shop around for more. Good luck with the search.

DUde depends how much you wanna spend in the first place. You can get UAS with Tanabe coilovers and spend around 3200 installed, or Air RUnners around 5500 to 6000 installed. But most people have told me that UAS and AR is the way to go if you wanna keep your Lexus riding nice.

It is pretty good dre, had minor issues with the bracket making noise but UAS fixed it...ride is pretty close to stock on softest settings but a bit more bouncy, rear drops pretty low and the front have so much room to go lower....
