ride looks awesome, much props. but i think you could use a 5 or 10mm spacer to be flush

judging from the 3rd and 4th pic, it seems to look like your wheels are sitting inside the fender.

If you had read his original post, you might have noticed he was not trying to have his fender sit on the tire, but have the RIM sit on the fender....
Therefore, more rim, less tire and still flush--minus the tire of course.
