Default Servicing electric motors/gears

All the most commonly operated electric motors in my 2010 IS 250 are pretty whiny (Steering wheel, front seats, folding mirrors, windows) but still work fine.

I would guess the most likely source of the whine is a lack of lubrication on the high speed gears inside the mechanisms due to age? Assuming I can get access to the gearing for these motors, is there an OE grease or equivalent that is recommended?
