Hey everybody,

Just wondering if you can shed some light on the preferred accessory packages.

I tried digging information from Lexus.com, but they had no info. I tried googling, not too much luck either. I can't find anything from Edmunds, Cars, or Carsdirect.

To my knowledge, theres the Z1 and Z2.

Z1 comes with cargo tray and cargo net. I can't remember what else it comes with.

Z2 comes with the all weather mats and some other stuff.

Anyone can point me in the right direction? I'm just looking for what it includes and the MSRP.

So Z2 comes with the applique and all weather mats?

Oh btw... do the original floor mats serve as weather mats as well? Someone told me that it can be flipped over and act as the water proof mats. I find that unbelievable.

Depending on how the eastern region orders cars, some of these items will already be packaged in the cars available for your area. Here in the Western Region, many of the cars are packaged with Z1 already.

To answer your question about the original floor mats, No. The backside of the oem floormat is rubber with rubber nibs, but is not designed with a border or channel to hold in water or debris from spilling over onto the floor board.

Take what you get from Carsdirect, Edmunds and etc, as they are just a gauge of what the prices will be, and not necessarily what is readily available at your local dealership. You can however special order an IS to your specs, but you will pay MSRP for it if your local dealer does not have it in their allocation.

No, you won't, unless your dealer sucks.

My car was special ordered, with specs that not only don't come in their normal allocation, they don't come in anyones, and I didn't pay anywhere near MSRP.... neither did many other folks on here who have special ordered.


If you walk into a dealership knowing exactly what you want and require no work on their part other than filing an order they ought to be quite happy to offer a good deal for a guaranteed sale with no actual sales effort on their part. If they don't, find a better dealership.
