I have about 12,000 miles on my vehicle now and I don't have any complaints. The shifts from 1-2 can be a little rough sometimes if you don't go straight back from gears 1-2 but pull it toward the left while you shift.
Besides that it's fun to drive a manual even if it's slow.

I don't really like the feel of the tranny. My civic tranny feel better. But no problems with tranny except small vibrating noise when car is cold (only in winter). I have now 68 xxx km that's about 42500m.

my trans still runs the like the first day i got it. yea it isnt a good trans to begin with, but you get used to it. when shifting from 1-2, it's easier to apply pressure when putting it into second, but not enough to where you bang 2nd and let the gear drop into place when it needs to. like instead of shifting when you want to, apply enough pressure to not bang the gear but let the shifter sit there for usually 1 second or less and it will make the shift from 1-2 easier. play around, trial and error is your friend
