Question Window reset with JoeZ intake install?

I've heard that the windows must be "reset" after disconnecting the battery when installing the JoeZ intake tube. Is this true? Seems strange to me. Also, how do you remove the engine cover on these cars? I'm guessing it just pops off unlike the rest of the panels that use the plastic fasteners. I just put in a K&N panel filter and I'm waiting on my JoeZ intake to arrive. Any other install do's and don'ts are greatly appreciated.

yes, you have to reprogram the windows @ every switch when the battery is disconnected. The engine cover just pops off if I remember correctly.

Yeah- Don't disconnect the battery. It'll save you reseting everything and the change of adding an intake tube is so minor it's really unnecessary.

So by "reprogram" you mean simply lowering and raising each window? Forgive me if the question seems stupid, but I want to know exactly whats being reprogrammed.
