Default Carbon Fiber 3M Di-Noc

Hey, I know there's plenty of threads for black vinyl roof. But has anyone here used the carbon fiber vinyl made by 3M for the roof?

I just wanted to see how carbon fiber would look on the roof.

Here's a youtube video of the di-noc:

Thanks.

Looks nice. But unsure how reliable it will be subjected to weather and stone chips.

From their site im not sure if the fabric they are using is carbon fiber. From their pics it looks like a thick carbon patterned vinyl.

Though wrapping the roof with carbon fiber would look cool to be

It's quite popular here, Dubai always makes everything too common and makes it not interesting anymore lol.

LOL that's not carbon fiber - it's just like "Neffy Wrap" that's sold on this very forum. It's a carbon fiber-look vinyl wrap.

You can get small single sheets on ebay for $50 US for 4'x2'. Here in Canada there's only two suppliers and they quoted a price of $600 CDN for 5m x 4'.

nothing is going to beat real carbon fiber...

id rather save up the money to have a real carbon fiber part and be able to say its real than to have to say no...its just a vinyl wrap...imho
