Can I use this "6000K WHITE LASER SUPER PLASMA XENON HID 9006 FOG LIGHT LEXUS IS250, IS350 06-08"", it say that i just need to replace the bulbs on the instructions and no need for any Kit. 9006 Bulbs is what you need, go with Nokya Super White.

only 'kit' you need would be some laytex gloves (so you dont touch the bulbs) and a flathead screwdriver to pop those fenderliner clips off

If you want real HIDs then yes you will need a kit. But if you just want white bulbs pick up the above mentioned.

I'd suggested going with a trusted brand, such as Nokya, i've used their bulbs on all my cars and my motorcycle.
