That depends... when someone turbos a 2JZ that's half full of good, inexpensive water that was worth the cost to fill the glass. When someone talks about doing it on a 2IS motor that's half full of $7000/pint water that barely quenches your thirst because of how little power it adds for the cost compared to just getting an IS-F...
