Default add 2nd Auxiliary input?

I'd like to hardwire my Sirius Stiletto receiver's audio output directly into my 07 IS250's radio (non-ML). Currently I have it hooked up to the AUX input in the center console, but would like to add an AUX input that's behind the head unit, so that I can nicely hide the wires and keep the main AUX input in the center console free to use. Could I somehow wire this into another input of the radio, such as the SAT input?

Reviving this thread in hopes of an answer. I'm having issues with the sound quality through this jack. I have what's known as "Audio Tachometer", meaning there's a high pitched whine that goes up and down with the RPMs. I've hardwired into the fusebox, and tried different cables, so I'm convinced it's the jack, since this exact unit gave me no such troubles in my old 2000 Acura TL.

A bit of additional searching may have resolved my issue, need to take it to the dealer and see if this TSIB (Technical Service Information Bulletin) resolves my issue.

what exactly do they do when they fix this TSIB anyhow? i've got plenty of aftermarket wires floating around my panels and such that it may void my warranty if seen
