Default Possible to install Satellite Antenna under Rear Glass?

So i bought the sewell XM kit and installed it. I'm just trying to figure out where to put the Antenna. I tried it underneath the glass but and reception is fine but is there a way to put it in the middle back breaklight housing underneath the glass? I just can't figure out if there's a place to get it through the trunk top. Is the back breaklight housing removable?

I put it under the glass and reception is perfect. I'm just trying to find out if there is a way to go through the trunk with the antenna so no wires show and put it in the back breaklight area

Pull the third brake light and route the wire through the hole..then put the brake light back in.

How does the 3rd breaklight come out? Do I need to work through the trunk or in the main part of the car?

Read the DYI on installing the XM receiver. The original author did it on an 07 I think. I added some more info for the 06. All you answers should be there.

I originally put my antenna outside on trunk lid, then after not liking that for months i just ran the wire through a hole on the passenger side wall of the trunk. U need to remove the black panels and gently pull the passenger rear seat a little. just use an clothing hanger and thread it through. then tuck the wire on the edges. I will say comparing the two reception, outside is better. Everytime i go under a tree it goes out, but i am always on the freeway.
