Default Someone has been messing with my car time for a security camera any recommendations?

So, about 2 months ago someone scratched my driver side door, nothing crazy but it was definitely done purposely, and the other night my L on the back of my IS was ripped off, so after i get the L replaced, I want to install a security camera that can monitor my car either attached to my house or installed in my car, and i would prefer something that would relay back to my Mac not a VCR anyone know of any products out there?

sorry to hear about the vandalism... sucks =(

you'd have to set up a live video stream over the net and a battery to powered a minicam...it can and will get pricy but i think you can pick them up at your local electronics store if you drop a couple bills and pay for the streaming over the internet service

maybe try here?

I saw a alarm that has a LCD monitor built into the remote. It comes with camera for you to install in car and if it sense danger, it will alert your remote with videos of the car. Pretty neat.

Why don't you look into a Viper 2 way alarm?

check out ip web cam. A lot of people use it to monitor baby sitters. It is easy to use since you can put it anywhere without wires. I believe it can run on regular batteries. So you park your car within the range of your wireless receiption, you can put the camera inside your car and record everything onto your own pc. You can also look at the car during work or anywhere internet is available. The best thing is that it is less than $100 so you won't really care if it is stolen since you should have a image of the person who takes it.
