Default rubbing the metal, need help.

i just tested to see if im rubbing the metal by putting a little color on it, and it seem rubbed off a bit. so what should i do ? bring up the car more? or..?
and i was wondering some people always lower than me with the same 235/35/19 tires, and they have no rubbing. so why? my rims is 19x8.5 +36

Just live with it! I have zero finger gap, and I rub DAILY. It's a daily tire rubbage routine. LOL What you can do to help is use a mallet or hammer and smack that thing until it curves inward. With my drop and soft 5kg spring rates. I rub. Unless I change to 225/35/19 tires.

Here is a crappy photo of how mine looks like. Dated a couple of months ago. You can see the paint has been rubbed off. It looks worse now.

1. Take off wheel.
2. Grab a hammer or rubber mallet.
3. Smash it till it bends in.
4. Put back on the wheel.
5. Walk away with the relief of not rubbing anymore.
