How to repair carbon fiber?

If you can fix a shirt that is ripped open like its brand new, then you know how to fix broken/cracked carbon fiber (if its real)......

i would have bought a new one if i knew it was unrepairable (not completely).
but i think i'll just have it fixed and painted for now.
we'll see what happens later on.
