The white WRX with the Takata Green Grids is my friend Andy. He and some of the Norcal guys are the ones that started the aggressive Subaru fitment movement. It's tough finding aggressive fitment wheels in a 5x100 bolt pattern. I had the same wheels on my WRX wagon, but in HyperBlack. I love the concave look, and Rota was the first company I seen that came out with an 18x10 in a 5x100. Here's a few pics of my old wagon with a set of 18x10, +35 offset HyperBlack Rota Grids with 255/35's.

I like people that dont take themselves and their cars too seriously, while id never do that to my car i have utmost respect for those that do, same goes to the whole VIP styled ISers around here.
And who cares if they are real or not? Seems like they are cause they were straight up and said one was real one wasnt. either way thats beside the pt. if u dont like fake, then dont buy fake!! simple as that. At the end of the day we all drive lexus so we're are all losers and posers...... lol

All takata green te's I've seen come with blue volk stickers. And from the sticker placement I see he really messed up on alignment. And when did volk start providing chrome valve stems for 1 piece wheels ?

Johnny, they aren't fake. Look at the tiny lip around the edge of the rim compared to the Rota's no lip around the very edge of the rim.
And Blue stickers aren't a must with green TE's. There could have a bunch of reasons why his aren't blue; older model TEs, original showed wear/tear and he decided to replace them, they weren't originally green and he had them sprayed...
And yes it's true that the older ones didn't have the etching engraved in the rim.

chris, rotas have the outter lip too
check it.
ill admit i was wrong about the etching thing, i guess having 3 sets of 19 inch te's and 0 sets of 18 inch te's did that. but i still think these are fake
