Default 18" wheels set up question

Currently got stock 18" staggered on my '06 IS350. Don't want anything too aggressive. Just want wheels that will be somewhat flushed, nothing poking out of the wheel well. Looking at TSW 18x8.0 +35 front, 18x9.5 +45 rear. Would these be a good set up or would it pose some issues?

I know this has probably been answered but I can't seem to find it. We are lowered on springs. Coils to come later, but I am looking to put 18x9.5 all around on it. What offset can we get away with on the front without doing coils right now?

Will Take Better pictures soon but I'm just surprised that I don't rub in the rear or Passenger side. I only rub on the front driver side but its a pre-load issue that I can fix.

I'm so stoked on the results. I know a lot of people on here will feel there is too much gap but I've had my share of low stances and for this car, I am really happy with the look and fitment of this set up. I give 5 stars to H&R sport springs. awesome ride!
Long time lurker here. Created an account just to thank you for this post. Im in the exact same situation you were in a few months back. I'm also lowered on H&Rs and was looking for this exact info re wheel offsets.

Im about to order some Work D9R with similar offsets as you have gone for. Have you had any rubbing issues since getting the wheels fitted?
