depend on the style of the wheel, I say go with 19's, it'll look a lot better. I switched from 18"s to 19"s, and do not regret a bit
I think 18" or 19" are good.Depends on where you live.
If you need snow/winter tires there are more available in 18" as opposed to 19". Plus, on an 18" you can run a 40/45 series tire which makes the ride a little better if you live in an area with rough roads... like we have in the North West.

Yeah, but then you have to worry about potholes, and curbs, and dips, and a whole host of other baddies.... Seattle is not a good place for lowered cars. I assume the East Coast would be the same as well.
I used to be into the "dumped" look when I was 18-21 but now that I am older (nearly 30) and paying roughly 900 a month for a car it doesnt seem to make sense to take the chance of having it damaged due to normal driving.
Now, I just want something that looks nice, rides nice, offers good performance and make me smile when I "occasionally" feel like going through some twistys.
