there r 3 differences between 2009 and previous models, the rear lamp, side mirror and the back side of the front seats.

I am in the middle east, I think the bumper is the same since 06. The wheel is different too

No, the bumper is new, the wheels are new too. but in Middle East doesn't offer 18 inch.
