Why not? I like being able to check my coolant temp, trans fluid temp, voltage whenever I like to. Also, I can check for stored trouble codes and also clear a check engine light if it comes on.

Why does the guy that never races his car need a strut brace, or chassis brace, or a big brake kit?

That's right, he doesn't really need it, he just wants it.

Cool little toy. It seems to be very functional although the IS already tracks some of the info this thing does. As far as mileage goes, I periodically check the mileage manually and compare it to the car's reading, and it's usually not off by more than a few tenths of a mile.

As far as color goes, I'd go white, so it's easier to read and blue for looks.

I love information. The IS only tracks instant and average MPG. All the other stuff is a bonus.

The IS tracks -all- the info this thing displays.

Where do you think this device gets it's information from?

It just doesn't -display- it all by default :P

both color looks good, blue does stand out better.

If you have the toy, use it! I am sure we all buy things that seems appealing to us but maybe not to others.

It's your money, spend it how you want to and like everyone else, when we get tired of it, we will just spend more money and get something else useless haha.

Yeah, I know where it get's it's information. I'm actually quite surprised it doesn't give you more info. Heck, my GMC truck would let a lot more info than this thing.
