Default What's the Best PNP HID fog light kit?

I know a lot of you have changed your fog lights to HID. I'm about to do the same, but I'd like your input on what the best 4000k or 4300k Plug n Play unit is.

Go get an ebay kit or a DDMtuning one for like 70 dollars, fully warrantied. Don't waste too many hard-earned dollars for hid fogs which won't make a huge difference in regular driving anyway- go cheap

I've heard good things about that Volt kit from XenodDepot, but I really want to stay between 4000k-4300k to get the best match with OEM low beam HIDs.

The only way you're going to match it is if you switch out your low beams

Yup. iSuxeL is right on the money about that. Even OEM bulbs need to be colormatched with new bulbs or bulbs that are designed to compliment older ones (Such as the Phillips 85122 CM edition), and the aftermarket stuff is even worse at keeping color temperatures consistent, especially between different brands.

I'll look into any options suggested. Do you happen to have the link or at least the manufacturer for these kits you speak of on ebay?

http://www.ddmtuning.com/hidkihidbuhi.html

Several of my friends have gotten ebay kits, but I would prefer this linked one as a sort of balance between extreme cheapness in price and customer service.

BTW, I have this, and a 200 dollar kit as well, and frankly, I will never pay that much for a kit again after comparing their differences.

Best of luck!
