Default Got a GFX kit

I have got my hands of some of the last Gfx kit's from Sewell,
I Bought:
Front Lip
Side Skirt
Rear Lip

And The trunk spoiler

My car color is 202 Black Onxy

They ony had the side skirts in the 202 color
And the front in 212 color but they told me that it wasent much difference in the two colors, The rear and the spoiler is in black sapphire but i have to get it paintet.

Total price was 498$
+ 780$ in Shipping to Norway (I know it expencive)
Just had to buy it before it goes out of stock=)

My car is a IS 220d SPort (european) and only have a single exhaust tip, so I will not mount the rear before I buy a new exhaust with dubble tip

Cant wait to get it

Any tips mounting the kit?

What about the Trunk Spoiler? Have read on the forum that many uses 3M,
I dont want to drill holes in the trunk because I am afraid of rust, It's so much salt on the roads here

Will the 3M really hold forever? Should i get it done by a proffessional?

Thanx=)

Great Forum

10 years ago I was shipping car parts to friends in Norway. Even with freight and taxes it was still a lot cheaper than buying local.

That's so right,
Almost everyting is cheaper to buy from the US, I'm going to buy the 19" forged lexus wheels for my car next summer for 2000$ in US, In Norway the price is at least twice as much

3M industrial strength should be more than enough to hold the trunk spoiler in place. I believe industrial strength holds up to 5lbs.

Lets see some pics once you get everything situated and on your car.

The front and sides are a breeze to put on (bolts and clips). The rear took me awhile to finish. I would suggest drilling the rear. If it is your Daily driver I would take the extra time to do it. To make a long story short double sided tape won't last long in wet/snow conditions. But thats just my opinion. I've read a lot about installing the rear w/o drilling so it all comes down to personal preference. Good luck, let me know if you have any questions.

It's not the rear im thinking of, it's the trunk spoiler
I dont like the idea of drilling holes in my trunk ... so do u think 3M is an option for me? Will i hold?

Thanx
