Haha this happened to me recently> Take your key under your under handle and pop the lil panel open. unlock that hoe. And your done =D I know these directions kinda suck but I don't know a better way explaining it.

Kidding aside, if you are going to leave your car for than a week or two get a Battery Tender and use it. And get a few spare batteries off eBay for a few bucks and keep them handy. When the fob battery goes out just replace the battery. It takes all of 3 minutes.

ya thanx i know all the tend your battery things it was just one of those things where a biz trip takes too long and i had no time to get all those things. i am very good about it usually i own many nice cars and they are all handled well....this was a honest question i had no idea about the key in the door and the manual ws in the car...

i got the car from my friends mom for a steel no dealer just right place right time and never needed to know about the key.
