I would say no... I am personally about to buy a new car and just went to the auto show where I live. I had it narrowed down to the Lexus IS 250awd or the Mercedes C300 4matic (I need awd I live in Buffalo NY). When I was at the auto show the TSX caught my eye but just didn't do it for me. I sat in the TSX nice interior but the exterior just wasn't my style. I would stay with the Lexus much more classy!

No I like it too. The only thing i dont like on it is the grill pattern. Where it looks like bricks. I would change it to mesh or honeycombs like on the IS.
I was about to get a TSX untill i found out the navi didnt have a back up camera. And it wasnt touch screen.

So you want the new 2010 TSX for the 280HP? or just got bored of IS250? If money is not an issue.
Just curious why not 300HP IS350? or wait for new line of other models. Or wait for IS350C.
I don't like TSX design, doesn't flow. The square/sharp shape doesn't flow with the car. Try to learn from Caddi or something.
I'll wait until about 5 years on my car(08), filp it, and get something else. Finnish the useful life of the vehicle before you trade it in. If

My neighbor has the new TSX...it's a very big car...seems more family oriented...not as sport and aggressive looking as the IS, and I'm not so sure that the interior is as refined as it could be. Bottom line is it's up to you. If YOU like it, then it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, right? As for me, I would have to agree that going from a Lexus to an Acura is a downgrade. Don't get me wrong, Acura is a great company with many past hits, but in this day and age of taking chances I feel the company is searching for an identity. Case in point, Acura's RL (successor to the LEGEND) is struggling to put it lightly and the much admired RSX (successor to the INTEGRA) was laid to rest (Sadly). These two model lines helped define the company, and now the company has tried to force the issue by being bold. But I think it is trying too hard to make a statement. The LEGEND was beautiful due to it's simplicity and the RSX was the result of countless iterations and improvements to the INTEGRA. These models evolved to reach iconic status. Now, the company seems to be starting from scratch. Furthermore, the price of the TSX is no laughing matter, and when you think that the TSX is essentially a European Accord with an Acura badge slapped on it - well - I just think it's insulting that Acura thinks car enthusiasts won't realize this fact. I say stay in your 250 - but what do I know - I'm nuts about my IS.
