I'd say buy the wheels online and take and get the tires from Discount tire locally in jax. The beauty of discount tire is that have an affordable warranty replacement plan you can purchase with the tires. They will replace the tire free within 3 years if you hit a pot hole or something happens. Well worth it for 19's and 20's.

Mine were about:
1k wheels
750 tires installed
300 2nd set of tpms
130 for new lugs and locks
150 to program new tpms!!! (still not done cuz I refuse to give the dealership that much to press a few buttons) so im dealing with the annoying flashing light still
100 for allignment
So total mine came out to about $2300 without the tpms programming.

How come the need for 2nd set of tpms, are you keeping the 2nd set of wheels ready for use? Just curious.
