So I have been trying for weeks to find a 09' 350 with ML. Dealers tell me they don't make it this year.. I swear Ive read someone here has it?? Why would they offer it in the brochure but tell me they can't even special order it??? I've called a few delaerships and some say they can order it, but then call me back saying they can't.

well even on the online site there is only one package now and it doesn't have the ML

It may not be built in your area. Just have the dealer special order--they can do it.

Just buy a full option car if you can offer it and you will automatically get it I think...

here's the thing... some east coast dealers can't get ML ...even some west doesn't... call and check.... they can special order for you

Not necessarily. Depends on region. Plus--why spend $1000s more for options you may not want?? That's what BorIS350 did in his post above. If you *only* want ML, it's less than $1000. But to load up on all options, now it's over $7000 extra.

Special order and get it the way you want it.

I am only referring to him the option I'd he wants the ML on his Lexus.. I am not forcing him to buy it!

Well, I called back my local dealership on Phoenix and asked to speak with the manager, he told me that it could be possible to special order it, but that he would have to charge me MSRP and even then he says their is a chance the order will not go through. WTF??? I'm getting so tired of the run around, I even called around LA area and no dealerships have any ML 350's or even 250's for that matter..
