The 2009 IS 350 that I special ordered in early November is finally on its way. My salesman called and said it will arrive in about 1-3 weeks. He printed out for me a two-page vehicle report that details my car. To my surprise, the rear spoiler was not listed even though it was part of my order.

My salesman said not to worry, that the spoilers are simply port installed and the dealer can just as easily install the spoiler on my car when it arrives.

My questions: When the spoiler is put on by the dealer is it the same fit and workmanship as when it gets installed at the port? And where do the dealers get the spoilers from?

Yes, Its the same. They get it from Lexus.
