How big are the holes left after removing fin?

How big are the holes left after removing fin?
I removed the IS250 badge which had a peg hole. Filled it in with some paintable caulking. Painted. Not perfect but acceptable.
I want to remove my fin. I just think it looks bad with the rear roof spoiler. what size holes should I expect and what should i do with the wires within? Just tape them up and let em lay in there?
