Sorry to hear about this. Whenever I bring my car in, my friend (the service advisor at the dealership) laughs at me because I put a printed sheet on my dashboard that looks like this:
DO NOT WASH.
He laughs and tells me, "come on, man - we know better than to wash your car..." I still use that sheet of paper, and will continue to do so. I don't need the dealership to install any more scratches on my finish. Good luck getting it fixed!
