1.)The biggest difference, you can get for 500 bucks will be lowering your car. it doesnt matter what you do to your car, GFX lip, spoilers all over, visors, HID, etc. it will never look right, or bad A$$ until you lower it.

2.) the tinted windows is a MUST.

3.)and for like 20 bucks you can get redouts for the tailights, which makes a big difference.

I had the complete GFX, tinted windows, redouts, exhaust, more, before i went lower. I whish I would have started by lowering it.

lowering the car makes the hweels look bigger.
If you do an alignment after droping it, it shouldnt wear out the tires considerably faster than stock.

These "cheap" mods will offer the most visual bang for the buck.

$15-20 taillight redouts
$100-$150 GFX Front Lip
$200-$300 lowering springs (another $200-300 to get it installed by someone)
$200-400 tint

I'm kind of new to this too.. Haven't gotten my IS X50 yet but WHEN i do..
1. Tint - if you want. And you can find for $150-200.
2. Drop/Lower. Tanabe and Eibach.. I prefer Eibach. $250-300. DIY!! Save The $$.
3. Save for your Rims.. Prefer Volk or BBS.. Ive seen Weds and Works that look just as appealing.
4. Body kit.. If your planning on changing body
