Road Hazard
I don't know how it happened but theres a tear in my sidewall for the front driver side tire. I bought the road hazard program from Lexus but I have a few questions.
1. Will I have to pay anything and then get reimbursed later?
2. How should I explain to them when they asked me how it happened? I don't know I just woke up one morning and it was flat.
3. How long does the appointment really take?

Same EXACT thing happened to me. I also bought the road hazard program thingy.
1) No
2) no, i will explain
3) depends
Okay, so i had a rip in my side wall and i took it to lexus and they said they wouldnt do anything because i had curb rash so they declared it my fault. So i ended up going to firestone because they also do the warranty program and i got it fixed there.
So it depends on the dealership. If the dealership refuses then look at the contract sheet and call them and tell them u dont want to do it at a lexus dealership and they should give u a list of shops that take in the warranty program.

They authorized the warranty but I noticed a ding like someone hit my car with a door in the rear passenger panel above the wheel. I didn't accept the car yet its still in the dealership. How should I deal with this? I am so PISSED off right now...
BTW I inspected my car before I brought it and it definetely happened at the dealership. When I walked by my car when they were giving me the loaner I saw it...Now I feel like killing them...Even when they expected my car at the dealership it wasn't recorded so it had to have been them.
Whats the best way for me to approach this and have them fix this!
