uhmm...neither will the exhaust, either way you won't notice a difference in hp from daily driving.

Ok. I found the tips that look almost like Tanabe. From the look of it the tips are angled just like Tanabe but it may just the way the picture look. We'll see.

Retail $60 each but Amazon has them for $34 each. Pulled the trigger already. Will post pics if I ended up installing. They are weld on though.

Would the exhaust need to come off in order to cut and weld? Probably safer that way than doing it bolted. Just wondering how much the labor would be.

No it wouldn't. Any welder in an exhaust shop worth his salt can do a good job on the vehicle.
