Default rear window defroster finally working as it should

Rear window defroster never seemed to totally clear the rear window. Took a long time and left a section in the middle of the drivers side that would not defrost. Took it in for 5 k service and the service rep said that it was OK. I got pissed off due to my past experience of them telling me that there was no fix for the excessive brake dust(I am aware of the TSB) and the vibrating rear view mirror(also has a TSB). Owner of the dealership happened to overhear my displeasure . After a conversation with the owner, they decide to replace the rear window. NOW, the entire glass clears completely in less than 2 mins. If anyone else has a similar problem, I would get them to replace the rear window.

Me too..maybe over 20-30 minutes for sure. Seems like a lot of hassle to replace the whole rear window.
